Q1: How and when can I get a quote?
A1: Please offer the specifications of the product, such as thickness, width, material and quantity with sample photo. We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quote, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Q2: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A2: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you just need a blank sample to check the design and film quality, we will provide you sample for FREE, as long as you afford the express freight or provide us delivery account number in FedEx/DHL etc. of yours is needed.

Q3: How long does the whole procedure being worked out?
A3: After you place an order and the 30% deposit receive, the production handling time is about 30-45 days.

Q4: What about the transportation and delivery date?
A4: Normally we use shipment to transport the goods. It is about 25-60 days. It also depends on which country and port you are. It could be shorter if you need to send the goods within Asia. If there are some emergencies we can send the goods via air express, as long as you afford the traffic expense.

Q5: What's the trade term and payment term?
A5: We can accept T/T and L/C. 30% deposit before producing and the 70% balance before shipment.

Q6: Do you accept small quantity?
A6: Usually our minimum order quantity is 1 ton, it also depends on the specifications of the label or film you want. We do advice you to do over 13 tons in a time, then you can get the most reasonable and competitive price.

Q7: How to solve the quality problems?
A7: If the products are not conform to customer samples or have quality problems, our company will be responsible to make compensation for it.
